With the new threats of avian flu and the various other diseases that can be contracted from birds and their guano, there is an increasing demand for public areas to be netted to prevent access and roosting of birds. This has been made even more so with the introduction of the smoking ban which has forced smokers out onto fire escapes and into alleyways which are often only frequented by pigeons.
At Rope Team we are able to offer a cost effective solution of preventing access to these areas by birds. This is done through the installation of netting and/or anti bird spikes. The bird spikes are also very good at preventing birds from nesting anywhere you don't want them to including; air conditioning units, window sills, roof tops, between chimney stacks, in gutter pipes etc.
